The quality of your imprint depends upon the quality of artwork supplied to us! All orders requiring artwork must be sent in as Black and White CAMERA READY vector art. Artwork can be submitted via E-Mail, on CD or FTP (File Transfer Protocol). Laser copies of 1200 DPI resolution are also acceptable. For Four Color Artwork (ColorBrite items), please refer to our ColorBrite specifications on the web. Whether you are Mac or PC based, we are able to accept your graphic files if you meet the requirements listed. To ensure this and avoid delays or art charges please adhere to our specifications.
NOTE: OUR DELIVERY SCHEDULE MAY DEPEND ON THE QUALITY OF THE ARTWORK SUBMITTED AND UPON ANY CHANGES MADE TO THE ARTWORK ONCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN WORKED ON.
IMPRINT:
Artwork can be accepted from the following programs:
- Adobe Illustrator – CC or lower
- Photoshop – All EPS, TIFF, JPEG files (layered if possible)
They must be 600 dpi or higher at 100% of final size or larger.
Please Note: Vector Art is preferred. It provides the best quality and allows images to be resized without loss of sharpness and detail.
If scanned images are used with artwork, they MUST be sent as a separate file scanned at 600 dpi or higher. (If not actual size, scan at a higher resolution. This will prevent loss of quality.)
EMBROIDERY:
Wilcom files preferred. DST files accepted. For digitized files, save as Tajima format with color sequencing.
ALL FONTS MUST BE CONVERTED TO OUTLINES, CURVES OR PATHS (VECTOR). IF SUPPLYING IMAGE FILES, FONTS NEED TO BE RASTERIZED.
COMPRESSION: Please use Stuffit or Zip.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT: Gif files, Page layout files such as Quark or Pagemaker, Word processing documents such as MS Word/Power Point, Photocopies or PMT�s of photocopies, business cards, letterheads, fax transmissions, etc. (These formats are too low of a quality to ensure you a quality imprint.)

DIGITAL LABELS:
Colors:
These items will be printed using a full color process imprint, also known as CMYK printing. Full color process printing uses a combination of four inks that reproduce a wide range of colors at the cost of only four colors. If your branding has very specific color guidelines, please provide them to us as a CMYK breakdown (ex: C10 M50 Y40 K15), or provide a Pantone value the factory can reference. However, we cannot guarantee an exact Pantone match when printing using a full color process. If you have concerns regarding the outcome of your imprint coloration, we can arrange a pre-production sample for you. Additional charges may apply, and pre-production samples may not be available for rush orders. If you would like to request a pre-production sample, please let us know and your Account Manager will contact you with further information. See below for helpful details.
4-Color Process:
Colors must be CMYK. Not all RGB or LAB colors can be rendered in CMYK properly. Therefore, you can make any necessary adjustments before sending your file.
Custom-named colors must be provided as process colors in the swatches palette, not spot colors.
4 color process grays, should be created from black, or they may produce undesired results in CMYK. The percentage must not be below 18%, or it may not print.
Spot Colors:
All colors must be a valid Pantone+ Solid Coated name. (Ex: Pantone XXX C) If not, it will not be recognized, and will be produced from a varied CMYK breakdown that can render undesired results. (Examples of non-compliant names: Pantone XXX a description C, Sky Blue, PMS Green 347, etc.) Soft edge/Transparencies/Layer effects
Soft edges/feathered edges/transparencies get the best results when produced on white substrates.
When these type of effects (including layer effects such as overlay, multiply, etc.) are created in the software (Ex: Adobe Illustrator), they can have undesired results when going into production.
Gradients:
Gradients created from Pantone Solid Coated colors yield undesired results. These may need to be converted to a strictly CMYK breakdown in order for the gradient to be smooth. However, the colors will be altered, and may not look like the Pantone Solid Coated colors originally desired.
We prefer illustrator .eps, ai, pdf, photoshop .psd 300 resolution, high quality jpegs 300, tif 300 resolution, or freehand 10. Ensure all artwork is vectorized and fonts are flattened for best printing quality.

Upon receipt of order and artwork we will immediately request a sample for approval from our overseas supplier. Please allow 15 days for sample to arrive in case of existing products. In the case of OEM products requiring custom tooling sampling may take as long as 40-45 days.

It’s not uncommon to list MOQ as 500, 1000 or sometimes even higher for very cheap products. The usual reaction from people in these situations is to simply scrap any such listings and suppliers. But you really don’t have to, at least not always!

Trading Terms
FOB and CIF are the two most popular price terms.
- FOB – FREE ON BOARD (named port of shipment):
FOB XIAMEN PORT .
Customer supply their logistics contact information before shipment.
Ovitte will be load the goods on board the ship nominated by the buyer, cost and risk being divided at ship’s rail. We will be clear the goods for export.
- CIF – COST INSURANCE AND FREIGHT (named port of destination):
Ovitte supply different shipping & delivery price from different logistics company for customer to compare before place an order.
Ovitte pay the costs and freight includes insurance to bring the goods to the port of destination. However, risk is transferred to the buyer once the goods are loaded on the ship.
Payment Terms: L/C at sight draft or by 30% T/T in advance.
Development sample time : 3-7 days ( Use stock fabric and color )
Pre-production sample : 25-30 Days ( Purchasing time of bulk raw materials : 20-25 days )
How to draft a Sample Order , including product specifications, compliance requirements, sample revision and tooling.
1. Product Spec Sheet & Attachments
Ovitte manufacturers, being primarily OEM suppliers, expect the customer to provide all relevant product information, including the following:
- CAD files
- Design Drawing (ANSI or ISO Standard)
- Bill of Materials
- Size Table
- Color codes (i.e., Pantone or RAL)
- Reference product samples
- Reference material samples
- Reference color samples
Provide clear and consistent product specifications, Avoid severe delays and multiple sample revisions. Also make sure the situation where the sample pass the relevant testing.
2. Product Test Standards
Communicated with us before get started on the samples .
The suppliers may not be able to purchase ‘compliant’ materials and components in small quantities. So test sample make out after confirms order about 20-30 days. After confirming that the bulk materials come back, we can arrange the production of pre-production samples.
3. Product Packaging & Labelling Requirements
Developing new product packaging. Whether you buy Private Label (ODM) or Custom Designed (OEM) packaging, you must include the following:
- Artwork files (.ai format)
- Packaging Design File (.ai format)
- Bill of Materials
If you intend to make a Private Label, We can provide Artwork template. All design should be depending on the market and product, you may need to include one or more of the following:

Deadline Times
Our standard order production time is 45 working days. Please note your job production time will not start until the following three approvals are made…
- Signed work order is received (Or accepted online )

Occasionally our production department gets overloaded and we need more days to produce an order more than 2-5 working days to produce an order. We try to alert our customers in every case, However, if you have a job that must be delivered by certain date & time, please make sure your Ovitte sales rep knows your specific deadline requirements from the start of the order.

Pass: Dry and in good working condition, free from stains, bad odors, large dents or holes, suitable for loading the said cargo
Fail: Dirty, with stains, torn roof/side panels, broken hinges/handles or closure devices, etc
